Te āhuatunga a te tūrunga (About the role)

• Based in either Hastings, Napier or Taradale.

We are looking for Occupational Therapist to work in the Hawkes Bay, based in either Hastings, Napier or Taradale. If you are looking for a highly rewarding and diverse role where you can utilise your holistic approach to deliver a range of services such as Vocational Rehabilitation, Concussion, Training for Independence, and Pain Management, then this is the opportunity you have been looking for!

Ko wai koe (About you)

• You must be currently Practicing in New Zealand and familiar with ACC contracts.

We are currently looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist, with at least Three years’ experience for full-time 30-40 hours per week depending on what suits you and your lifestyle. 

Our ideal candidates will have worked in an Occupational Therapy role for three or more years and be registered in New Zealand with the board of New Zealand and ideally with a Vocational or Pain background or interest in these areas would be preferred.

The region is large and at times driving is required, so confidence with driving is important.

• Based in either Hastings, Napier or Taradale
• The salary range for this role is $86,000 - $107,000 depending on your experience.
• Additional annual leave – your annual leave will increase yearly towards 5 weeks after 5 years' service.
• Full cost of your APC will be paid for by Proactive.
